ByLief Design (ByLief) produces graphical deliverables for use by vendors of your choice (Print, Web Designer, Advertiser, etc). ByLief can recommend vendors based on specific requirements.

Standard Media Delivery
Where applicable, photographs and other graphics are provided to ByLief in high quality print suitable for scanning or in a .gif, .jpeg, .png, .bmp, .tif, .psd, .eps, .ai or editable flash format. Additional expenses may be incurred and will be invoiced accordingly for corrective work, large scale conversion of media and outside facility charges. Deliverables will be delivered to the Client by any of the following means: DVD, CD, FTP, or email in high resolution and/or print ready formats suitable to each application (print, web, etc).

Permission and Copyright
The Client will own the copyright to the final graphical deliverables. The Client will obtain all the necessary permissions and authorities with respect to the use of all copy, graphic images, registered company logos, names and trademarks or any other supplied material. Every contract for logo design shall be regarded as a guarantee by the Client to ByLief Design that all such permissions and authorities have been obtained. Evidence of permissions and authorities may be requested.

Cancellations
If work has begun on graphics deliverables subsequent cancellation of the order will forfeit the deposit and may include invoicing for work to date.

Payment and Invoicing
Payment for deliverables is due 15 days from invoice. Source files and deliverables will be delivered immediately upon receipt of full payment.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
The placement of an order with ByLief Design will be regarded as acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
