Mini-Grants are back, and open to ALL

Get ready for the 2009-2010 AZ DEC Mini-Grants! Hurry…The submission deadline is October 30th. Here is your chance to apply for a $250 mini-grant for an educational project involving young children (birth-8) with developmental delays, at risk for delays, or those with developmental exceptionalities. AZ DEC members and other providers in Arizona may request up to $250 for innovative projects designed to enhance the optimal development of these young children and their families. Do you work directly with at-risk infants/toddlers? Do you work in an inclusive setting that provides educational opportunities for children with developmental delays or exceptionalities? Do you need funds for:  taking pictures? Providing a parent education session or workshop? Going on a field trip?  AZ DEC has opened the mini-grant program to all providers, not just DEC members. A total of four grants for $250 each will be available.  To access the information sheet, application forms, and our criteria for choosing the four winning applications, click here.
