Membership How to join AZ DEC In Arizona Contact: Claudine Sabel

Its Easy to Join Our Professional Organization

To join with other DEC members in Arizona, you must first

join: The Council for Exceptional Children.

	You can join as a professional member (someone with certification who is engaged in full-time teacher or professional services) click here for the membership form
	You can join as an associate member (someone who is a child-caregiver, a para-professional, a parent of a child with special needs, or a community member) click here for the membership form
	You can join as a student member (must be taking 9+ units) click here for the membership form

If you prefer to join online, go to the CEC website and click

on the Membership link: www.cec.sped.org

CEC Professional dues for Arizona are $119 per year,

student dues are $69 a year, or $89 per year for Associate

membership.

Once you have joined CEC, check off the Division for Early

Childhood (DEC) dues for an additional $35, or $15 for

students or Associates.
