| Squeak and Janie driven in CDE marathon. |
"When I decided I would like to learn to drive a pony, we
purchased Squeak. Her wonderful work ethic and desire to please, in addition to her kind, forgiving nature, had made my driving
education a pleasure. She is now a valuable member of our CDE pair, as well as serving lead line duty with children around
the farm. Squeak is currently being a great beginner rider lesson pony!" - Linda Yutzy, Lone Star Dartmoors.
(Squeak
is "SingleTree Sequin" We can't take credit for her championship training, but we are proud of starting her off!) ---------------
"This crossbred (Bids) is one of the nicest I've seen! Glad
you snapped him up - I wanted to desperately, but don't/didn't have the room." - Lory Eighme, Registrar, American Dartmoor
Pony Registry, when we bought Bids.
"How did Bids do? I was really impressed with him. I'm also toying with going
over to a friend of mine's and riding her older gelding who is normally gaited and see how I hold up on him because I was
really really impressed with Bids. I couldn't believe that you just looped the line over that board and walked away from him
and he was just like an old timer. He was so well behaved and only a three year old. I've known the Skipper W line from my
days of raising Quarter Horses so I'm familiar with the temperment and with Dartmoor on the other side I guess I shouldn't
be surprised but what a good good boy!!!" - Eve Arensberg, after seeing Bids at his first show.
"We love your boy.
He seems to be settling in well....He's such a sweetie. You did a great job with him....It's been a real pleasure dealing
with you. Thanks again for all your help in the transport." - Beth Bezylko, 10/04, Bid's new owner.
--------------
"M&M is great. He has the sweetest disposition. The only thing he likes to do that he shouldn't is to get in the
feed room." - Jean Isom, Chesapeake, VA, leased M&M (1/2 Dartmoor) for her granddaughter for a year.
And from
Jean's granddaughter, Maddie: "M&M is a great horse. Tell him I miss him very much and still love him."
And from
Maddie's mother: "I join Madison in thanking you for the pleasure of having M with us for a year. He gave Madison a wonderful
opportunity to gain confidence in her riding on such a kind pony. Thank you for your generosity."
And from the father
of M&M's new owner in Pensacola, Florida, who bought M&M for his 8-year-old daughter: " I thank you for your love
of your pony. It's a pleasure working with you. P.S. We have a very severe purchasing vet who couldn't find anything wrong
with M&M. Good Job."
