Discouraged again today, I kinda feel discriminated against cause I don't smoke. The DMF and the other guy, of our 3 person party!!, take around 8-12 smoke 'breaks' a day at about an average of 10 minutes per. They talk about what their plans are for the day and what else needs to be done and fail to communicate this information to me and I'm left out of the loop. It's obvious who the DMF would rather work with which scares me for my 90 evaluation period, I'm not sure what this DMF will say. He doesn't control my position but will have a large input in my evaluation. I might be the odd man out when somebody finally realizes it's not a 3 person job. You've got a guy that's been there a little over a year and another guy who was hired after me but his brother happens to be the main programmer and basically got the guy this job so that leaves me having an Associates Degree in Computer Science and four prominent Computer Certifications(MCSE, MCSA, Network+, A+) against a High School educated DMF and a Non technical 2 year Business Degree(who's had more jobs than I've had drinks tonight) guy with high up family in the Company. Who's gonna win out?? If you said me, you're a DMF!!! Cause I just don't see that shit happening. I don't know? Maybe I'm just stressing myself to death? All I know is the only thing good that happened this week was a visit to O'Charley's in Farragut where this AWESOME Hostess works on Wednesday's. Damn she's HOT! Of course she's only 17 :( Get this though.... They youngest she's screwed was 27.... I'm 26!! I'd like to break the record!

Well, My job gets more and more annoying everyday. Today the DMF spent all day searching web-sites for Xbox and PS2 mod chips and played with our new toy that we just had to have....a DVD Burner, bought with company money for a flimsy excuse the guy gave but really going to be used to burn movies and games. Then he took a good 2 and a half almost 3 hour lunch so he could go home.... pack up his PS2.... e-mail the guy that's going to install his mod chip and wait for him to reply. All on company time. I don't know? That's the one downfall about a laid back atmosphere... you get 2 or 3 people that take major advantage of it and it brings down everybody.

Ok, I have new fucking pet peve!!! Ebayers who bid with 30 fucking seconds left!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In the last day I've lost 3 auctions with less than a minute left to end it!!! ARGH!!! MUTHER Fers! I really wanted This one! They kick ass. That's just wrong. Ebay really should do something about that. I haven't ebayed in a while but from the looks of it just about all auctions are like that now. Reaary Makes me mrad, Yes the spelling is correct here... .trying recreate a Bob Nelson's chinesse guy impression. Some auction software adds additional time to the auction if a bid is placed within a specified amount of time left... I think Ebay should do this. I'll be steaming for a while. The only good thing is somebody will probably have the same item again soon enough.
