Ok, every once in a while I need to re-state my love for the corporate world. Yes, I know.... But it's true. I think I was made for it. I like it but I'm just plain stuck. What really sucks is that everybody else where I work is GREAT, GREAT, and even SUPER GREAT! Really. Being stuck with the DMF is very stressful as you can see with the numerous bitch fests but it is a good company with a good future. Just need to get out the the "Entry Level" Position...... and fast!!! The corporate side training I had this week really helped.... I have seen the light and I am edging towards it everyday I hope.

ROFL! Ok, just saw a little news blurb for the 10 O'clock news on Fox here in K-town. With the Budget in crisis of not being passed by Sunday they said there is a web-site that will tell you if you(State Employee) have to goto work monday.... Just one question. Who's going to update the site???? I don't know why but I just started cackling....

The DMF is the laziest piece of shit on the planet, bare none! He accomplished absolutley nothing today, unless you count pissing me off! He's like a little kid? Such a simple mind. The Burning of DVDs went on again today taking up valuable comapny time. For instance, we had a priority one today which means GET IT OUT TODAY!!!! We knew about it this morning and he just handed the call of to me as usuall (he hands down lots of things) and it was something that I didn't have the power or tools to do. I tried to take care of it anyway but alas could not so I told the DMF to get on it and I'll take the other 100+ calls we have unresolved! He tried a couple things and that was it.... Just sat there for 7 and a half hours and only after UPS had already come and picked up for the day he decides to call somebody and find out what to do. It's stupid shiznet like this that make me and the other guy look bad. Ultimately it is on him but it will trickle down at some point and people will question our abilities.

What else.... Oh yeah, the 100+ calls that me and the other guy worked on. We knew we were going to get in parts today for about 50 of our calls, so I wanted to bust ass and get them out because some of our theatres have been waiting since March. You know how many got out? A big fat ZERO. Why? The DMF!!! He wants to put asset tags on everything, which if fine, but do think he's prepared? Hell NO! He's had over 3 fucking months to figure out how he wants to do it and order labels or what ever. Then he wants to wait till we get everything in the inventory database that he made(that's not gonna work cause he's a moron). Problem is we are still waiting from some theatres for their info and for some reason he wants to wait till they all respond? God forbid to something step by step and not all or nothing???? ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!! The Other guy is starting to get frustrated too but I still have to watch what I say around him cause it gets back to the DMF. Anyway, the other guy is trying to quit smoking and the DMF keeps enticing him and always asking us to go smoke with him.... Just so he can tell us that he knows everything. It's like a game to him? I just don't understand it.

Yet another stupid thing the DMF is doing.... He's renting PS2 games and burning them with our company DVD-R, anyway.... He goes back everyday to Blockbuster and gets 2 or 3 more? like he's just going down the row? Now, I'm not sure how bright the people at Blockbuster are but it would certainly raise flags with me if somebody is bringing the games back the next day and renting more when you get them for a damn week? Secondly, I'd rent from more than one place if I were to do it just to spread out my piracy. GD He's stupid. Jezus tap danzon christ I need some Liquor!

Another good day in a row! Only because I wasn't near the DMF! I so much want to be in the main building.... You actually get invited to lunch and talk with the big wigs on a fairly constant pace. People in and out. That's what I like, the good ole hustle and bustle of life. I can't stand being cooped up away from everybody bored out of my mind.

Other news... Christ almighty would the market pick up!!! I was up 30% on Amazon last week and now only up 1% ! Fuck me naked! My other stocks are sucking ass too. Stocks to keep an eye on... Best Buy (BBY) It keeps going down... I'd buy at 30-35. Don't think it'll go below that. Myriad Genetics (MYGN) It's near it's 52 week low and a it seems to have a rythm and will start picking up soon. Take a look at a 2 year history of it. This stock seems to be on a cycle, it's gone up and down around the same times 3 years in a row now. I made fair money with that one and a family member made $10,000 on it so far.

I finally got a break from the DMF and trained a little with Corporate side support. Didn't do much really but it was some relief so it was at least a decent day. I'm not sure anybody there knows how to fix a computer for shiznet. The Number one response is Re-Image (aka re-install but with much less pain since it's a ghost image). I'll agree that a good part of computer problems is solved by re-installing but it shouldn't the first damn words out of your mouth especially on things like the damn e-mail server. Oh well, more fun tomorrow!!! Maybe...
