Today started out just lovely.... I get finished with my shower and and while brushing teeth the fuckin power goes out!!! Damn you scubba steve! So here I am shaving by candlelight which all kinds of fun. Fortunatley I survived with little or no damage. Since I had no power I had to go buy my coffer this morning, I get to the bottom of the cup and there were ground in it!!! Oooh that pissed me off! Then the DMF was in full affect.... he now has also started to quit smoking... monkey see, monkey do. I don't think he's had an original thought in his entire life. The DMF also got yet another video game system and now has all three of the major ones out there. Why does this bother me? Well, I'm a good ole fashioned person, when you have a family you spend your money on your family or save for college for your kid that's not even 2 years old yet. I don't know? I guess I'm kinda quirky that way. And nope, the DMF didn't even look for labels today for our "inventory" system.

I did enjoy one moment today. What we've been doing our IBM installs/repairs is asking for the equipment to be sent back for repair instead of like everything else we do and just send a replacment. Well, one of the guys from the main building came down and asked if we could send a replacement for a theatre that had only 3 concession stations and one was down. The DMF being his anal and defensive ways says "that's not standard operationg procedure". What a fucking moron. After some back and forth crap the main building guy says "Do you want me to ok it with so and so(about 2 bosses over our heads)". I tell you what, I've never seen uglier looking back pedal in my life! It was joyus! Our main concern where we are is to keep theatres running... and the DMF can't even do that.

Well, Best buy saved me $29.99 today. I went over to get a new CD-RW cause they had an ad in the paper for one $29.99 after two $30.00 rebates. Which is a great deal,and it was a name brand, Samsung. In the paper it states the item is $89.99 so I pick up the one marked $89.99 and proceed to the check out.... after the transaction is finished no rebates print out and I'm like wait a damn minute here. So we look in the paper and low and behold it's not right one(are there two for $89.99?) the only other samsung I saw on the shelf was right next to it for $99.99. So he voided the transaction and gave my check back and we go look for the one that's supposed to be on sale.... Well, we found where it WAS and it was Marked $59.99 ???? Fuck n A... pick a damn price! So I said Fuck it and just left.... I hate best buy. They carry no stock for the sale items??? Fuckers! So, no new CD-RW for me today. They also have a Philips DVD-RW/CD-RW for $299.99..... VERY TEMPTED! That's a good price for a philips. I wish a Media Play would come to K-Town for some competition.... Oops wait Best Buy Owns Media Play along with sam goody, On cue and suncoast. Even so, I like the Media Play concept better. And don't say compusa.... They have ZERO selection and they are seriously dwindling in my opnion.

Oh and on my way back into my apt complex some dumb kid almost got flattened by me. Just runs out in front of my car... he would have gotten hit if it wasn't for his friend that yelled to him, then the little shit proceeded to yell at me????? Couldn't hear through my closed car window.... They were playing with squirt guns and not paying attention.... Parents? Where are you? Control your children before I get my super soaker out and teach them a lesson!
