1st week at new promoted position was pretty good. Still training with the person that I'm replacing and will most likely do so for a while I'm thinking. The only thing I don't care for is that if a certain task isn't a priority it tends to stay on the back burner until that task becomes a priority. The fact is whether that task is priority or not it still needs to get done? My boss was saying he's been burned so many times where he'd complete a task as soon as it was given to him but the powers that be changed there mind and want that task done a different way and it has to be redone all over... so I guess I can understand waiting on things a little bit but that will take some getting used to. The hardest part will be troubleshooting remote people with laptops... already have had a couple morons.... but I'm enjoying very much not having to deal with the DMF anymore!!! Thank Christ!

Skycry is right... Saturday afternoon is a boom for movies for some reason? on my to west town to see a movie I drove past the downtown west theatre and is was absolutely packed! So was west town. I went to see The Recruit with Al Pacino and Colin Ferrell. The movie was good, I enjoyed it till the end which was completely cliche. One two many twists in my opinion. I just didn't understand the reasoning behind it. They didn't go into the background of all the characters enough to justify the ending. They tried to do it in one long ending monlogue but it just didn't work for me. I was impressed with colin ferrell. I normally don't like all the one movie stardom actors, you know the kind... they do one movie and they're Al Pacino status already? No.... it don't work like that damnit!
