Well, I have a few gripes today so bear with it! :)

First of all, Pre-Ordering the future at Electronics Boutique! If you're into any Strategy Games you'll know that the all time best strategy series Command & Conquer came out with a new one on Wednesday Called Generals. Well I took a trip to Best Buy and CompUSA and Both were SOLD OUT and then I said what the heck I'll try the mall and pay a little extra :( EB had some but you couldn't get it unless you had Pre-Ordered it? I had this trouble once before with them and forgot how bad it tasted. So I went to their rival Babbages and picked the game up with ZERO Problem and I was a happy camper. Continuing with EB, Have you noticed all the Pre-owned Crap in there now? It seems that's all they sell now. Very difficult to find a new release or a new game and their shelves are covered in Empty Boxes say Pre-Order me now, and their PC Game selection is next to Nill which at one point was the heart of their sales cause I bought Computer games there all the damn time. Apparently they are in the business now of Selling items that aren't going to be released for Several months and selling Pre-owned material for a whole $5.00 less than a new one would cost? Granted they'll make their money with Pre-Owned material cause they don't have to buy it from a distributer but seems to me they are being a little greedy. I'll stick with Ebay for buying used material. What happened to just going into a store and buying what you want without having to buy it six months in advance? Have I Pre-Ordered? Of course but it was usually for something highly anticipated like Generals but now at EB you can Pre-Order any damn thing. I don't know? Just another Incoherent Ramble I guess.

On to COMCRAP!!! If you're a comcast subscriber you should be getting a little flyer in the mail explaining their new line up... No new channels but pretty much all the channels are being moved effective March 11, 2003. For example ESPN has long since been on Channel 14 well with their change up it is now on channel 32 and there is no 14? And who needs 3 fucking C-SPAN'S!!! I want my TechTV god-damnit! Not another Church Channel. I see no reason for this change except to piss everybody off! They've accomplished their mission!

Work Gripe... Well, they sure are getting every cent of my raise out of me the last couple weeks... My problem is that everybody seems to just push off work onto somebody else saying that it's so and so's problem not theirs. Really annoying cause I'm the type of person that wants to get stuff done and out of the way and when somebody has a problem I want to fix it and go on to the next one. Well the problem with that here is nobody has a set desigated role or duty. Everybody just seems to be able to do what they want and nothing gets accomplished... Fairly stressfull when you have people that can't get their e-mail and they complain to me but it's out of my hands entirely and the person or persons that are supposed to fix those issues either don't know what the fuck their doing or blame another. I'll take a quote from The American President movie. There are one or two people here that are intent on "Making you a afraid of it and telling you who's to blame for it" Don't think that's an exact quote but you get the gist of it. Right now we have a little situation going on in our dept where they hired an outside firm to evaluate our roles and stuff and it's EXACTLY like Office space... pretty damn hilarious and the CIO will not like what his people have to say :)
