Just sitting here enjoying a beer and a not so fine cigar in the middle of watching chasing amy and thought I'd blog a little. Having a pretty good weekend I guess. Caught up on some movies. Went and was Van Helsing and The Day after Tomorrow. I thought Van Helsing was really good and surprised it tanked so quickly at the box office. I saw it friday night and there were only like 10 people in there??? Action all the way through the movie and a good story. I think it was released just a couple weeks early, studio's trying to start summer season just a little early.

The Day after Tomorrow was just plain bad in my opinion. Some well done special effects but that's about it. I went in thinking it was going to be Like independance day or Armageddon and it wasn't even close. No saving the world scenario's here.

I also saw Shrek 2 earlier in the week and it was funny as shit! Great sequel. The only item I didn't care for is that I think they tried too hard this time. One too many movie referrences to provide entertainment for the parents bringing their children. Go see it and enjoy.

Of course this week.... HARRY POTTER 3 !!! Can't wait!


Work still kinda rough. We still have an unresolved situation that in my opinion is tearing our group apart and we have a "leader" that can't fucking make up his mind what to do so it's just all in limbo. Some days I just want to say FUCK IT but I gots to get paid you know.

Oh well... back to movie.

What is wrong with me? I think I need help. Just getting back from an evening at Barley's listening to Jumbo and The Spades (two bands) and there was this beautiful woman there all by her lonesome :( like I was and I did nothing :( She was just perfect. I was even a litte tipsy and I'm usually a more outgoing when I'm drinking but I just stared at her with a weird smirk. She was awesome!! Golden brown hair with beautiful eyes wearing a wife beater shirt that fit just right and a pair of tight jeans. God Damnit I must have some disease! God... please put this woman in my sight again and I swear I won't fuck it up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh well, that's my drunk blog. I don't know why I freeze when there is a beautiful woman around? Damn she was fine too. Time for me to cry myself to sleep.... if I don't pass out first. :)
