Took a half day today and on went to catch up on movies since I hadn't been to one in about 2 months, not too much caught my eye anyway. I've seen several interesting things about Sky Captain and the world of tomorrow and have been months for it to come out. originally they had a date in June but it was decided to hold off till after the summer season. This movie was pure cinematic magic. Everything you could ask for: Fantasy, adventure, love, mystery, comedy, and of course Science fiction. It had every element you could ask for in my opinion. Just a gorgeous picutre. Jude law and Gweneth Paltrow looked fantastic and then you have Agenlina Jolie.....Mmmmm. I'm not very good at explaining the details too much. I thought the acting was great along with a good story. Cool thing about this movie is that there were NO studio sets, All Blue screen sets and the movie was done entirely in CGI. The physical objects like opening a door are real and some other elements and it was really a treat to watch and see technology take another step in movie making. Go see this movie!
