Sponsorships are a great way for area businesses and foundations to increase their visibility in the community and support the arts at the same time. From support of Flagship Masterworks made accessible to all to creating NEW Plays through our MAGELLAN Project to cutting edge education and community outreach programs offered through the LIGHTHOUSE, every corporate and foundation gift makes our work more valuable to our community.

This year, corporate and foundation friends will provide critical support to help us fulfill our mission to touch the lives of thousands of our audience in a meaningful way.  We thank our sponsors for their support, and at the same time invite you to join us, too.

SPONSOR A PLAY OR PROGRAM

In two years, MET has extended programming to nearly 1000 at risk youth in our community, represented our state in Washington DC at the National Non-Profit Congress, developed new plays with emerging and established writers through the MAGELLAN PROJECT and created exciting new productions of FLAGSHIP masterworks that restore access to the great works of our cultural heritage.  Though a young company, MET is serving thousands in our community.  CORPORATE Support of these great programs is critical to our success, and we are most grateful to our community partners.  Play sponsorships are available for each production that we do and can be targeted to a single performance, a single play or the entire season.

Sponsor the Flagship Masterworks Series. With your help, we are able to share these great works with thousands across our region, and spotlight your company too!

Do you want to support projects that speak volumes to the educational needs of our community?

Consider sponsoring our LIGHTHOUSE Education and Community Initiative . You can sponsor the LIGHTHOUSE itself, the COMMUNITY ENGAGMENT Program or focus on one of the three signature EDUCATION programming strands: Literacy, Science and Discovery or Multiculturalism.   

Are you excited by new ideas, new artists and cutting edge theatre?

Consider sponsoring the MAGELLAN New Plays and New Artists Program.   Each year MET offers terrific masterclasses taught by artistic leaders, develops new plays in workshop and continues our search for the next generation of great artists, while working to grow the best of them right here at home.  Your support of this program helps us assure continued excellence in the theatre for years to come.

Through your sponsorship, you make a difference!  Your support helps make sure these programs reach the people they are destined to serve and takes your company’s name across the metro to new markets and new audiences.

SERVE BY MEETING A SPECIAL NEED

One of MET’s primary goals is to improve access to the theatre and it’s benefits and experiences, and we’re working to become a leader in providing programs that increase access to the theater for underserved populations and people with disabilities, as well as programs that develop new, bigger and more informed audiences.  We are seeking Sponsors to help us offer adaptive technology to individuals with hearing and vision loss and open the theater doors to diverse audiences through new programs and services.  Currently, our budget doesn’t allow us to purchase the technology needed to serve some populations.  Your support can help in this critical area.
