One theme I’m drawn to is the notion of home- the thoughts + feelings that come along with all that. Safety + security, adversity + chaos. Domestic bliss? Observing different dwellings we inhabit for different reasons. An appreciative look at things that are precious to us + may not last forever: relationships, our habitats, farmland. When out + about in the night, I re-live fleeting moments such as glimpses of coziness, missed opportunity- things gone, now. The idea of loss drives me document scenes. Images about facing the ‘void’- disconnect vs relatedness.
