Honor Society

The Capital Area Home School National Honor Society and the North Wake National Home School Honor Society are
open to home-schooled youth in 7th-12th grades (minimum age 12 by October 15).

Admission requirements:
1) qualifying standardized test scores from the most recent testing 
period on any one of the following(composite or total battery):
 CAT/ITBS/Stanford 90th percentile
 PSAT 180
 SAT 1800
 ACT 26
 *requalifying is required each year


 2) attendance at monthly meetings of the chapter you join (Capital Area HSHS: 
2nd Tuesday of each month from 7-9PM, Northern Wake HSHS: 3rd Thursday of each 
month from 7-9PM)
 3) participation in two service projects per year, and
 4) completion of an application, submission of test scores (copy) and 
payment of $20 in annual dues.
