Rainier Inspections, Inc. was started in 1988, by the current owner, Brad Albin. The company specializes in pre-purchase inspections for buyers. We inspect residential types of structures: houses, condominiums, townhouses, and multi-unit buildings.

Rainier Inspections, Inc. strives to bring quality inspections to the public which are comprehensive and easy to understand. Inspections are performed in King, Pierce, and Snohomish counties. Typical lead time to schedule an inspection is between three and seven days.

Clients are encouraged to attend the inspection to gain a better understanding of the inspection process and the property being purchased. If the client can not attend an inspection we are happy to perform a telephone summary of the inspection and answer any special questions about the inspected property.

Rainier Inspections, Inc. carries Errors & Omissions insurance to protect clients from a significant omission from the inspection report.

All inspection reports are on-site computer generated. A copy is provided at the inspection site and the final inspection report is ready within one day of the inspection.
