Raleigh School of Ballet offers age-appropriate work for each stage
of the developing dancer. Young children in Creative Movement learn
in a nurturing atmosphere while developing skills that lay the foundation
for future ballet technique. The transition from Creative Movement
to the highly structured ballet class happens gradually over a period
of several years. This gentle process stimulates the development of
confidence and discipline and cultivates the love of dance.

Raleigh School of Ballet designs its programs to grow with your child
thus insuring consistent progress from the early basics to the more
complex advanced work. Finely tuned class levels make it possible
for the school to place each student in an age-appropriate class.

regarding class placement, structure of classes, and faculty assignments.

place to dance... The
Raleigh School of Ballet provides professional training for aspiring
classical ballet dancers. Students wishing to pursue a dance career
may audition for admission to the Professional Division. The Professional
Division offers an intensive schedule of instruction and individual
guidance as the student advances to professional level work.
