The Lantrip's came to Texas via Lousiana, Mississippi, South Carolina and Virginia. We have traced the Lantrip ancestors back to John Lanthrope, Sr. of Yorkshire England in the 1600's.

Freelove Cornett, born in Grayson County, Virginia was Jeniffer's maternal great-great-great grandmother. The Cornett family, variously spelled as "Cornoutt" and "Cornutt", came to Milam County, Texas around the 1860's. We have traced them back to England in the 1700's.
