Creamy Cucumber Soup

 This soup is always a hit in warm weather. For formal meals, serve in a bowl with very thin cucumber slices for garnish. For more casual meals, serve in mugs for drinking.

In blender, combine:
1 can cream of celery soup
1 cup milk
1 small cucumber, sliced, not peeled
1 small green pepper, in pieces
1/4 cup pimento-stuffed green olives
Dash of hot sauce

Process 2 minutes.
Add:
1 cup sour cream
1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
Stir well.

Chill at least 4 hours. Yields about 5 cups.
