ONION CASSEROLE

     5 Vidalia onions
     ¾ c. Parmesan cheese
     1 stack Ritz crackers, crushed

They've GOT to be Vidalias! No substitutes.
Slice Vidalias thin and place half in a greased casserole. Top with half of Parmesan and half of Ritz cracker crumbs.  Add remaining onions, then Parmesan, cracker crumbs and top with pats of butter.  Back at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
