CROSSWINDS
is a covenant-minded North Raleigh subdivision located in Wake County on the northeastern edge of the Research Triangle Park in beautiful Raleigh, North Carolina.

Comprised of over 325 residences in prime I-540 location, our neighbors enjoy convenient access to a wide variety of nearby amenities, including schools, grocery, retail shopping, restaurants, libraries, recreational clubs, pools, tennis, hiking & biking trails and much, much more.  Through participation in several neighborhood improvement activities throughout the year, including our "Curb Appeal" sweepstakes and "Yard of the Month" programs, our homeowners take great pride in the appearance of their homes & yards, and there is a genuine sense of community here.

Murry Hill at Crosswinds

Exciting news! The last large tract of land in Crosswinds has been approved by the City of Raleigh to be developed into twenty residential lots. This 10 acre wooded parcel is located at the end of the Murray Hill Drive just off Lodestar. The new subdivision will be called "Murray Hill at Crosswinds." Development and home construction should commence in summer 2006.
