Yard of the Month
The Crosswinds Neighborhood is located in North Raleigh, North Carolina. Our neighborhood is loosely bordered by Strickland Road on the North, Sawmill Road on the South, Leadmine Road on the East, and Creedmoore Road on the West. Crosswinds consists of 325 single-detached homes.
The Crosswinds Homeowners Association is managed by a volunteer Board and active group of Block Captains. Block Captains provide local representation for 8-15 residences each. Homeowners are encouraged to address their constructive comments and suggestions regarding the Crosswinds community to their Block Captain or any Board member. Crosswinds Association Board positions, Block Captain assignments and committee memberships are always available! If you are interested in helping out - please speak up.
Meeting Schedule
HOA meetings are held 2-3 times per year - usually
Spring, Summer and Fall. Meetings last approximately 1 hour. Block
Captains and residents are encouraged to attend Homeowner meetings as schedules
permit.
