There is a very popular Aires parking area near the rail station in downtown Brugge, see here and GPS 51.19673, 03.22575, however we elected to settle in a campground in order to reorganize for the journey.

In Brugge we spent 3 nights at Camping Memling  website, mostly to put things away and reorient ourselves to the European way.
