NHI programs provide participants
with practical and applicable education, plus a way to garner startup dollars for running their own farm or business
operations.
Programs work on a three track training and
action plan.
1) General business education , financial management, sound business decision making,
managing through social and personal barriers,
2) Hispanic cooperative mores —how work traditions, faith, love and following a plan can
establish positive self-esteem, financial, family and community wellbeing, and
3) intellectual property, product development, production, distribution, and
marketing.
