These files require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.  To download the Reader, click on the following link: http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html.
 
This will be a LARGE (approximately 17mb) download, so if you are using a dialup connection be prepared to start the download and then come back later.  For a dsl connection it should download in 5 to 10 minutes or so.
