Driving Directions from RSOR to UTK BCM Center

 

Take Illinois Ave. to Pellissippi Parkway to I-40 East.  Exit I-40 onto Alcoa Highway.  Exit Alcoa Highway onto Cumberland Ave.  Turn left at the bottom of the ramp, and go under the railroad bridge.  Immediately after the bridge, turn right onto Volunteer Blvd.  Go to Andy Holt and turn left.  Turn left off Andy Holt onto Francis.  Francis becomes Melrose when you turn right at the top of the hill.  The BCM is on the left at 1811 Melrose, across from the new Black Cultural Center.
