The Angels Were Generous
Rabbit Among the Faeries
My furry little woodland friend,
Surrounded by the folk of fae,
Serene and calm within their midst.
The winged faerie float on wind,
And greet you as they start their day
With dewdrops on your whiskers kissed.
The whispered secrets they do send
And you alone hear what they say
Of magic lost and ever missed
Your love in magic does not end,
It’s not enough to make them stay.
So go they will and not resist.
It’s only when the humans bend
And see the magic of the fae
Will they return to clear the mist.
On your belief their lives depend
So listen close, your heart will say ~
And faeries really will exist.
