The internal structure of the powered air filter housing is ultra basic : a simple box frame made
from your favorite inexpensive wood.
I ripped the 1"x2" frame members from some left-over 2"x4" scraps, and the box itself is 6mm luan panelling.
Use whatever is handy and suits your budget.
Note that the internal frame stops about 3" short of the filter end of the box, to provide a recess
for the filter assembly.
Note also that the inside dimensions of the box are 12"Hx24"W, to provide a snug fit for the filter assembly.
The overall length of the powered air filter is 30".
