A compound vise for the drill press. X and Y lead screws allow precise positioning of work.
While I haven't had time to do any measuring, it should be fairly simple to drill an evenly-spaced line of holes
(or fake rivets).
Cross slide vises can be had from internet suppliers such as Highland Hardware.
