The Dremel scroller and Ryobi drill press don't have any way to directly attach a dust collection hose.
This lash-up captures all the dust and the majority of the chips made during cutting or drilling operations.
It's easy to pull the hose from the holder when I'm finished sawing or drilling and chase down
the chips that evaded capture.
Capturing the dust is the idea since chips don't float around in the air.
One dust collector hose serves both the scroller and drill press, and the "holder" is a recycled swing-arm desk lamp.
