The House Of Balsa Dust / Torsion box building table side
The torsion box is built with a top and bottom "cover" (a sheet of MDF), two sides, two ends,
and an internal grid-work of MDF strips.
I use a 1/2" or 3/4" sheet of building insulation foam to handle T-pins.
