The torsion box building table is righteously heavy; my version is 3' X 6' and
probably weighs some 60 to 70 pounds without the support frame, so the support structure had to be pretty stout.
I used 2"x6" and 2"x4" boards for the frame, cross-ties, and legs. The legs are drilled to accept a 3/8" T-nut and
carriage bolts, used as levelers. The carriage bolt heads sit in carpet-faced furniture "coasters".
