Making a wing box to protect your pride and joy shouldn't take more than a couple of hours, depending on
materials at hand.
This box is for the wings on a 1/3 scale Extra 230, 96" span.
The box was built using the foam wing core husks, some 1/16" aluminum angle, pop-rivets, and 6mm Luan panelling.
