	Beaumont - ARF Beaumont (Shelter Name)is a Male Rotti /Australian Shepherd Mix who was about 5 years old when rescued.  He's  Black/Brown with a black body, brown on my chest & the bottom half of my legs & brown spots above my eyes. He has a docked tail. He gets along with other dogs but  was real skinny when rescued and both my his ears were bitten up.  He was found in September, 2005 around Lourdes St, New Orleans 70129 (New Orleans East - Village D'Est). 	Hannah & Milo - St. Petersburgh, FL These two little dogs were rescued by a volunteer from Kellar St., Pearlington, Ms right after Katrina.  The little white Chi is a male & the black/tan mix is female.  She was pregnant when found & delivered 9 puppies.  We are looking for their owner, Georgia Willburn.  UPDATE 3/07:  Georgia has been found.  Hannah, the female, will be going home to Chatanooga as soon as we can work out transport; Milo, the male will be staying in Florida Send us an email

	Female Pit - K9 Country Kennels I'm a young female pit rescued in 10/05.  I'm white/brown/brindle with a white blaze down my face & 4 white paws.  I had stiches on my left leg and was wearing a pink collar with tags that trace to Dr. Beth Taylor in Foley, AL. Send us an email

	Little & Wee - Georgia Little & Wee were rescued in the first week of September, 2005.  The shelter was told they were rescued together in Chalmette, LA (St. Bernard Parish) but that is not certain.  They have however become a bonded pair.  Little is grey/white Female Toy Poodle, approx 5-6 years old.  Little was covered with some sort of toxic muck when rescued and has gone blind from the damage it did to her eyes.  She has a cataract in one of her eyes but this did not cause her blindness.  Wee is an all white Female Terrier/Lhasa Apso Mix; approx 4-5 years old. 	Chance - Florida Chance is a Male Black/Brindle Plott Hound rescued in 9/05 in Waveland, MS.  He was brought to the emergency triage area at the Pavillion in Waveland.  Chance is a very sweet dog with a good temperament.   Chance was adopted & then abandoned by his adoptive owners who left him behind when they moved.  He is being well cared for by some very caring neighbors but if his original owners are found, they would return him. 	VIVIAN - Kent Animal Shelter Vivian is a 3 year old Shepard/bull terrier mix.  She was rescued in the New Orleans area during the first week of 9/05.  There is no indication of where she was found, but she was wearing a red collar with rhinestones and a brass name tag ‘Vivian’.  Vivian is currently at the Kent Animal Shelter, Calverton NY. 	JUNIOR - SEKH Shelter Junior, (not his original name) is a young (1-2) year old Shepherd mix.  He is black w/ tan brows, muzzle, bib& legs and has an underbite.  Junior was already neutered when rescued. He was wearing a choke chain collar & yellow nylon flea collar.  Junior loves people and gets along well with other dogs. Junior was found in October in the greater New Orleans area. 	BRACK - SPCA Cattaraugus County Brack, (Shelter name), is an older Male Chow/ Shepherd mix.  He has a red/brindle coat with a dark muzzle and had a small scar on top of his nose.  His right ear flops.  Brack has no penis and it is unknown if he was born that way or whether he had surgery at some point.  Brack was found many months after Katrina but the location of where he was found is unknown.  He is a very well behaved dog, completely housebroken and appears to have been owned by someone before Katrina. 	KANE - Kimber's Kritters Kane, (Shelter Name), was rescued in 1/06 on Louisa St, New Orleans 70117 (North of N. Galvez; Bywater-Florida Ave. Neighborhood). He's a young Lab/ Shepherd/ Chow mix. Its tough to know what his breed is. He’s smaller than most labs; could have some chow but doesn’t have any black on his tongue; is Black with white patch on his chest, white on the tips of his toes, & white on the inside of one of his front paws. Some patches on his coat look brown/gold in the sunlight.   Kane was really scared when rescued & wouldn't let too many people near him.  He now runs & plays but sort of tiptoes when he walks. 	Magee - Animal Rescue of the Hamptons Magee, (Shelter Name), is a male Catahoula Leopard / Lab/ Rotti mix.  He's got a black body, brown feet, black markings on each toe, front & rear toes white, black spotted chest, brown on muzzle & a little white on his muzzle.  He was rescued in 10/05 under a house at  4109 General Ogden St., New Orleans 70018 (Uptown/Carrollton District - Dixon Neighborhood).    Send us an email

	Timmy - SPCA Cattaraugus Timmy, (Shelter Name), is a 5 year old male Chow w. a medium coat; long tail; & erect ears.  He's tan/white  w. red fuzzy face & black muzzle.  He's a well behaved guy, completely housebroken, & was owned by someone.  Timmy was rescued on in early 10/05 around 934 N. 	Biloxi-Animal Rescue Funds of the Hamptons Biloxi (Shelter name) is a female Pit/Terrier mix, not too big.  She is light brown/white with a white chest going up to the bottom of her chin.  She has white toes on her hind legs, black around her eyes & a scar on her hind thigh. She was around 1 year old when rescued.   Biloxi was rescued in 9/05 from somewhere on South Rocheblave St., New Orleans 70125 (Central City or Broadmoor Neighborhoods). Send us an email
