For most of us, the everydayness of life takes precedence over our spiritual development. When forced to confront change in its many, often wondrous, forms--a new relationship or job, a move, grief, the birth of a child, loss, chronic pain--we can quickly find we lack the spiritual framework needed to carry us through those changes.

To come more fully to life, what is often required is a compassionate witnessing, acknowledgment, and honoring of the whole person, wounds to wings. Within such an environment, one is able to begin living from the Authentic Self, that greater-than-me vessel we are forever in possession of, yet often not living from.
