From the time of our first recorded history through
this present day in all societies, the medicinal properties of
herbs have been discussed and noted in text as well as verbally
handed down from generation to generation. Many authorities have
condemmed what is called "Folklore Medicine", and yet
as time goes on, these various groups and agencies have began
to verify these very findings, one by one. The major drug companies
return time and again to the jungle, seeking their "miracle
medicines" from the plant world. Now Centrum and others are all climbing on the natural
herb vitamin train, but keep in mind herbs depend upon soil and
farming practices. Our herbs are excellently
raised under proper conditions. The major companies now coming
out on the market buy the cheapest herbs for maximum profit and
herbs grown in depleted soils are not very good. The American
Medical Association is now promoting herbs, also. In short, it is not what we know,
but what we have forgotten.
