All rebuilt parts require core exchange. That means we charge you and hold a deposit (from $10 to $100) until we receive your old greasy [bad] part back here. This requires shipping fees on your behalf.

New parts come either direct from Volvo or from Volvo suppliers. We call these new parts "factory" or "aftermarket" and both types come with a one-year limited warranty.

All warranties are limited to the cost of the part. Cost of labor not included.

Delivery
We send out most parts by UPS. We can process a shipment the same day if you order by 2:00pm (EST). Delivery times and expense vary by weight, distance and speed of delivery: Next Day Air, Second Day etc, and Ground Service. Track your UPS shipment here. Minimum delivery charge of $5 applies to all orders.

We do not deliver in Atlanta. We can ship by UPS or you can pick up your order at our warehouse. Contact us for more info.

We prefer to take most orders over the phone because it makes the most sense. It's the easiest, quickest and most accurate way to get what you want. But email inquiries are welcome and we will make every effort to fulfill requests for pricing and availability before you finally call us. In Atlanta call 404-352-3402. If in the unlikely event that you get the wrong part, call us and we will gladly take care of it. if you order a used part and decide that you don't need it, return it with original receipt and any packaging within a few weeks and you can get a 90% refund. Rebuilt or new parts that havenot been installed can also be returned. If you need help diagnosing your problem, just ask us for help.

GA residents must pay state sales tax of 7%.
