OMG!!! What a great night at One Star Ranch tonight. South 70 did not disappoint the group was on tonight. Place was crowded and band was awesome. As always James did a great job getting the sound down! Kylie wow I have not seen her better she was FANTASTIC! Simone what a great Jon behind that Kit. Your Drum Solo tonight, Best I have seen you do. The entire crowd went nuts! Awesome Job You Rock!!!! JD what can be said he was on as usual. What a great talent. He is a must see totally awesome!

Geoff as always did a great Job. It is such a pleasure seeing them all take such pride and effort to give us a great show and tonight was no exception. Thanks to you all for a great time.

I have never seen first hand the effects on an artist when the crowd is in to them as I did tonight. The entire room was feeling it. Some more so than others and as always a few was not feeling anything :) But will when they wake up tomorrow I'm sure.

Over all the night I would say was a great success for all three parties. The Venue, The Crowd and the Group.

I give South 70 4 Music Notes "Excellent" for their performance tonight! Keep Rolling My Friends!

Brantley Gilbert

I went to see a friend of mine over the weekend and we drove over to Covington GA to see Brantley Gilbert play. I have seen Brantley perform and really like him. I have been talking up the group and sending shout outs for them since I first saw them. Brantley is a Great Singer, Fantastic Songwriter and is an all around Excellent Entertainer. The show was packed, I believe that it was sold out. Congratulations on that Brantley! I had heard some people even say that the band fills this place up every time they come to town. The show over all was a good one. I would love to see them tweak their sound at their live shows. Other than that I would keep on what they’re doing, Brantley is a very hard working individual and it shows in his stage presence. Out of every one both young and old that were there it seemed as though just about all of us knew the words to his songs and were singing along. I hope to be seeing them again at another venue soon. A great talent who is knocking on the door of success and ready to throwdown hard with us all! The group has a huge following now and continues to grow and I saw that first hand at this venue. Brantley Love the CD it is awesome, listen to it all the time. Good Luck to you all in 2009! I look forward to seeing you all again soon!

Venue The O-Zone

A good place for a concert. The layout is great there is really not a bad spot to see the show. Parking was an issue for those that got there later in the evening but from what I understand that was due to Brantley Gilbert the show was sold out. I enjoyed this place and will go to another show there when I am back in the area.

I would recommend The Ozone to folks as a good place to catch a show.

Trents Music Notes 2009!

"Smoke on the Mountain"
Let us take you back to a simpler time, 1938, where you become the congregation of Mount Pleasant Church. The ever-endearing Sanders Family will delight you with some of the best old gospel tunes ever written.

I had the pleasure of seeing this Play for the 1st time in Duluth at the Red Clay Theater with my good friends Danny and Diane Williams. It was so Good that before it ended we went again and both times it was FANTASTIC. That was a couple years ago. Fast forward to Friday night 7-24-2009 at the Cumming Playhouse. I took my youngest Daughter to see it and again for a 3rd time was blown away! What a Wonderful Show! The entire cast are all wonderful and talented singers, musicians, actors and actress's individually, but each member brings to the stage a combined talent and energy, that is uplifting, inspiring and with a very funny way of delivering to the audience "some of the best old gospel tunes ever". AWESOME performance.
